Nothing says "Welcome to Hartwell" like seeing the colorful and unique sailboats all around the town! The "sailboat" has quickly become a beloved symbol for Hartwell and one that the whole community has embraced. The "Sailboat Project" was created to be both a service to our community and a fundraiser for the Art Center.
While the Art Center has loved being a part of this great community project, the project is being discontinued and the Art Center will no longer be involved.
